At 12:15 p.m. on May 9, as part of the Civil War Day program,  there will be a Southern Tea in the Steeple Building Museum, with homemade food, chinaware, and a lesson on 19th century teas, given by Ms. Liz Orton.  This is a free program open to the public.  However, to determine the number of place settings to create, we are taking reservations for this tea.  Walk-ins will still be welcomed but reservations will have priority.  To reserve your spot at this old-fashioned tea, please call 309 927-3899 or email bhha@mymctc.net by Friday May 8.
