2024 National Volunteer Week and the BHHA

This week is national volunteer week.  Without volunteers, many of the events and programs that the Bishop Hill Heritage Association organizes would not be possible. In 2023, at least 1,446 hours were spent by BHHA volunteers on various projects. According to the Independent Sector, the value of that volunteer time was $33.49/ hour. So BHHA volunteers contributed a minimum of $48,426.54 of their time and expertise. Thank you volunteers for all that you do!!
