Hammer & Pick returns to Midsommar

Hammer & Pick will be performing at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 20 at the Bishop Hill park as part of our Bishop Hill Midsommar Music Festival. The concert is free and open to the public. The folk music ensemble Hammer and Pick has been playing for audiences in Western Illinois since the 1980’s. Jon Wagner plays hammered dulcimer, banjo, guitar and harmonica, Jan Sams plays guitar and bass, John Heasly adds guitar and harmonica, and Wendy Anderson graces us with her fiddling as we all join in singing.
