On Friday Sept. 6, Chautauqua performers Barry Cloyd and Brian “Fox” Ellis performed at Cambridge JH in the morning and ROWVA Junior High in the afternoon as 17th century French explorers paddling through Illinois. Over 80 7th and 8th graders from Cambridge and over 225 5th-8th grade ROWVA students were entertained and educated. This program was organized by the Bishop Hill Heritage Association as a preview of Saturday’s Chautauqua.
