Akervinda was a smash!

The Akervinda workshop and concert at the Dairy Building on Sunday August 17 was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.  17 workshop participants learned about the stories behind several traditional Swedish songs and tried their hand at singing some.  Over 70 people attended the afternoon concert.  Akervinda’s last U.S. stop is the Swedish American Museum in Chicago.  Please check out our photo gallery for photographs of the workshop/concert or by clicking on the following link: http://bishophillheritage.org/akervinda-worshop-and-concert-8-16-15/
