Watch Sign

For our weekly look at the BHHA collection, lets look at some advertising. This large watch sign was located on the Bjorklund Hotel in the mid-1800’s, as shown in the photograph. Swan Bjorklund was not only the hotel owner but also was a clockmaker. This sign advertised his profession. Mr. Bjorklund also assisted in the construction of the Steeple Building Clock.
