Vicki Massie is this year’s Old Settlers’ Day speaker

BHHA Treasurer Vicki Massie will be the featured speaker at this year’s Old Settlers’ Day.  She will be speaking at the park gazebo at 1:30 p.m.   BHHA Board member Morris Nelson, along with Paul Collinson, will sing after Vicki’s speech.
