VagnHall Galleri has a new art exhibit opening August 1

Catherine Moneysmith, a BH Colony descendent, will be displaying her paintings at VagnHall Galleri from August 1 to September 28.  Her exhibition is called “Swedish Immigrants” and includes her representations of Bishop Hill residents, including “Doodle” Danielson.  The Opening Reception is August 3 from 1-4 pm with remarks at 3 pm.  Refreshments will be served.
