THANK YOU BHHA ACTING TROUPE!

Over the last several years, several ladies have volunteered to perform skits about Bishop Hill Colony history at libraries, senior citizen center, and other locations and events. These skits have been written by Cheryl Dowell and are currently being performed by Jean Combites, Dianne Lindbom, Vicki Massie, and Deni Menken. This year, they have performed at the Kewanee Public Library, the Geneseo Public Library, Colona Public Library, the Butterworth Center, and several other places. Their efforts have greatly enhanced the public’s knowledge of Bishop Hill Colony history and encouraged more visitation to our Utopia on the Prairie.
