Do not forget that the first floor of the 1855 Dairy Building is available to rent for your events. The first floor consists of two areas: the Creamery and the Bucket Room. The Creamery is 624 square feet, has a Colony Dairy display, and holds 50 to 75 people seated. The Bucket Room is 384 square feet. It contains a coffee bar for serving food and other items. Both these areas together make up a great setting for any meeting, workshop, or other event. Rental fees start at $50.
