During the course of a year, with the help of volunteers, the Heritage create certain products to be sold.  These products are sold at the Colony Store and also online on this website.  The profit from these items helps us pay for the upkeep and renovation of our historic Colony Era buildings.  This year’s fundraising products are as follows:

  • The Colony Store is now selling broomcorn/sorghum doorhangers for $7 each.
  • 2014 Bishop Hill Calendars are on sale for $6 each.  The theme is transportation.  These limited edition calendars may be bought online or at the Colony Store.
  • As a Dairy Building Restoration Project fundraiser, the Heritage is selling miniature dairy buckets of candy, complete with a cow bell, chocolates, and Dairymaid caramels. These miniature buckets are also being sold at the Colony Store.
  • Handmade Clay Marbles are being sold for $5 per bag at the Colony Store and on our website.
  • Midwest Folklife Festival CD is now being sold for a special holiday price of $15 at both the Colony Store and online.

Coming soon will be Swedish birdfeeders.  Stay tuned!
