One of the primary missions of the Bishop Hill Heritage Association is to preserve the unique history and culture of Bishop Hill for future generations. To accomplish this mission, we accept donations of artifacts and documents about Bishop Hill, especially the Colony period. At this time, we would like to thank the following people for their recent artifact/documents donations:
- Barbara Andersen-Colony Furniture and Documents from the Jacobson estate
- Alberta Anderson-Colony Documents which belonged to Emmelyne Arnquist Hedstrom
- Willard Nelson-Blacksmith anvil which belonged to Charles Nelson
- Charlene Rickey-Great Wheel which belonged to Clara Mount
