Pippi is back!

Starting Thursday, the Astrid Lindgren Festival returns to the Steeple Building.  Astrid Lindgren was the Swedish author of the Pippi Longstocking books.   In the mornings, third graders from area schools will learn about Pippi Longstocking and Swedish culture.  This event would not be possible with the help of our loyal volunteers.  It is also partially supported by the Illinois Arts Council.
