The first floor of the 1855 Dairy Building is available to rent for events. Starting September 1, 2024, the rental rate will change. The rental rate will be $100 for a day. There will no longer be a half day rate. People who have already reserved the Dairy Building for their event will be grandfathered in and will pay the old rate.
The first floor of the Dairy Building consists of two areas: the Creamery and the Bucket Room. The Creamery is 624 square feet, has a Colony Dairy display, and holds 50 to 75 people seated. The Bucket Room is 384 square feet. It contains a coffee bar for serving food and other items. Both these areas together make up a great setting for any meeting, workshop, or other event.
