Every winter, the BHHA switches out artifacts and sometimes create new displays. This year, we changed out one of the exhibit rooms. On the 2nd floor of the Steeple Building Museum in the NW corner, the BHHA has created a new display about the Arnquist Stores. It has information, photographs, and artifacts about the two Arnquist Stores, as well some information about Andrew Arnquist and his children.
The Steeple Building is located at 103 North Bishop Hill Street. It is currently open Monday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. Admission is free but donations are welcomed. Next time you visit Bishop Hill, please stop in at the Steeple Building and check out the new Arnquist Store display.
