Over the next several weeks, the BHHA will be posting on its website interviews with Bishop Hill residents from 1979. These 5 minute video clips will be in the history section of our website, located at https://bishophillheritage.org/about/history/ . This third clip is of Maurice Laub talking about sorghum cooking. These clips are only a small portion of the entire interview.
If you wish to view the complete interview of Maurice and the others, you will need to purchase the 2 DVD set of the 1979 Bishop Hill Documentary. On our website, we are only posting a small selection of the interviews that is on this DVD set. 1979 Bishop Hill Documentary can only be purchased at the Colony Store. All proceeds from these sales benefit the BHHA.
