For Jordbruksdagarna (Ag Days) on September 28 and 29 at the Bjorklund Hotel from noon to 4 p.m. each day, there will be demonstration of a horse-powered sorghum press and a sorghum cooker. Visitors of all ages can also try their hand at shelling corn, making bricks, pressing cider, and making a cornhusk doll. You can even take your creations home with you!
