Ellinor and Leonor was a Hit!

The Swedish string duo of Ellinor and Leonor performed for the first time in Bishop Hill on Thursday, June 26.  Their performance at the Dairy Building was the first public use of this historic building in decades.  Over forty people listened to the wide variety of traditional Swedish folk songs and original compositions.  Ellinor and Leonor’s performance and the continuing restoration of the Dairy Building are sponsored by the BHHA.  Photographs of their performance can be seen in the photo gallery or at :
