As part of our 175th Anniversary celebration of the founding of Bishop Hill, the BHHA is honoring our rural and Swedish roots by hosting a variety of programs this year. One such program is this Saturday’s Dancing Queen free concert in the Bishop Hill village park at 2 p.m. At this time, the Bishop Hill Heritage Association would like to thank the following organizations for sponsoring the Dancing Queen concert: Barbro Osher Pro Suecia Foundation, Community State Bank, and the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
