Bishop Hill Quilt Show one week from today

The annual Bishop Hill Quilt Show is May 16-18..  This year’s theme is Jars, Jellyrolls, and Jewels.  Quilts may be antique, miniature, patchwork, appliqué, or something else. Admission is $3 at the Colony School. The Steeple Building Museum will be hosting the Challenge quilts and have a special quilt/fabric display created by our dedicated volunteers.  The Henry County Museum will be showing off their quilt collection.  A special quilt exhibit will be on display at VagnHall Galleri, which is upstairs in the Prairie Arts Center.  Finally, the Welcome Center will be hosting the Messippi Threads display.  May 16 and 17, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and May 18, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  For more details, call 309 927-3851.
