The Bishop Hill Heritage Association will be serving Svensk Varm Korv, Swedish hotdogs and pork burgers by the Colony Store 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. during Jordbruksdagarna.. What is a Swedish hotdog? Well, you will just have to try one and see on September 23 or 24.
