As the title of the new BHHA’S Acting Troupe’s skit suggests, this group of Jansonists, “fresh off the boat” is making their way to their chosen designation of the Bishop Hill Colony. Stepping foot onto American soil is a huge change for these folks from Sweden who will be joining the communal group already in action.
Will Brita be content without her Sven? Will Maria know enough English to help the group understand American ways? And, most importantly, will Anna find the long, sought after husband in America?
