Astrid Lindgren Festival Returns to Bishop Hill in April!

The Astrid Lindgreen Festival is a children’s educational event that celebrates Swedish children’s author Astrid Lindgren, Pippi Longstocking, and Swedish culture in general.  It is a free event for third grade classes only.  School teachers who are interested in having their classes participate in this event, please call 309 927-3899 or email bhha@mymctc.net for more details.  This event is sponsored in part by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
