As part of Bishop Hill’s annual Julmarkand (Christmas Market) on Saturday November 25, the Cookie Walk will be held at the Colony School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Homemade cookies and other baked goods can be purchased by the pound.
Also at the Colony School, Dee Schroeder Photography is doing a Christmas photo session. Bring your kids or family (up to 6 people) for a mini-Christmas photo session! Session includes 1 edited high resolution digital image for $35 ~~ Proceeds to benefit the Bishop Hill Old Settlers’ Association (Additional images from your session can be added for $10 each). Come in your Christmas attire or warm bundled-up look for this barn door scene. Sled, bench, posing stools, and props will be available to add to your photo. Note: Images will be emailed in an online gallery, so you can choose your favorite(s). Digital image(s) purchased will be yours to download and have printed, or prints can be ordered from the link.
