Historic Bishop Hill is hosting a Vintage Baseball Weekend May 21 and 22, 2016 to honor Bishop Hill’s unique baseball past. On Saturday May 21, three vintage baseball teams will be playing games all day, using 1858 rules and equipment. Hammer & Pick will also be performing 19th century music in the park gazebo. The Steeple Building Museum will have a special vintage baseball exhibit, with program. In addition, there will be a murder mystery dinner theater with a baseball theme Saturday night at P.L. Johnson’s. On Sunday May 22, the Henry County Museum will have a special baseball display and program. Except for the dinner theater, all other events are free and open to the public.
