You’re Invited! The Vikings have landed in Chicago at the Field Museum. The Nordic Folk Dancers will be dancing for a special curated viewing of this new exhibit on Wednesday, March 18th from 6 to 9 p.m. There will also be live Scandinavian music, samplings from local Scandinavian restaurants and more.
If you were planning on seeing this exhibit rather then coming during the day and paying extra for the pass to this exhibit – make a fun night of it, with less crowds, a curator to highlight the treasures, entertainment, something to eat and best of all getting a discount through the Nordic Folk Dancers for the evening.

- Go towards the upper right corner, just above the Viking Ship and click on the green Buy Ticketsbox.
- Scroll down to 2015 Passport to Scandinavia Member or Discount Ticket section. Click on the red Add Name.
- 1st box: Enter your name
- 2nd box: Discount Code enter NFDPassport2015
- 3rd box: Referred by host committee member, we’d really appreciate it if you would put in The Nordic Folk Dancers.
You can keep going back to the Add Name box to add additional names.
With this being the only stop in the US on its world tour, this should be a really exciting exhibit.
