This past week was a busy one for conducting presentations about Colony history. This past Monday, I was in Galesburg talking to 20 members of the Knox County Genealogy Society about the Founding of the Bishop Hill Colony. Yesterday (Thursday) I did a presentation for 40 seventh graders at Cambridge Junior High. The topic was Geography, Immigration, and the Bishop Hill Colony. It is great to be out and about talking about the uniqueness of Bishop Hill!
