Photographs of Congresswoman Bustos Visit to Bishop Hill

Congresswoman Cheri Bustos stopped by to visit Bishop Hill, IL  Tuesday August 4.  The Bishop Hill Heritage Association proved a midday tour of the historic village with stops at the Steeple Building museum, the Prairie Arts Center, the Filling Station Café, and the Colony Store.  The focus of the tour was the history of the  Bishop Hill Colony and  the positive impact that the federal government has had on modern day Bishop Hill.  Photographs of her visit, taken by Lou Lourdeau,  can be seen on our photo gallery or by clicking on the following link:   http://bishophillheritage.org/congresswoman-bustos-visit-to-bishop-hill-8-4-2015/
