Don’t forget to join us this summer for our traditional Midsommar celebration on June 20. Some of our bandstand performers include Black Hawk Pipes and Drums and the Mountain Men. As always, we will have the Midsommarstång (Maypole) decorating and procession in the afternoon. There will also be a barn dance at the Colony School with The Rusty Pickup String Band, featuring caller Gail Hintze, starting at 7 p.m. The Midsommar Music Festival is partially sponsored by the BHHA and the Illinois Arts Council.
