2nd floor balcony fixed at Steeple

The south side balcony on the 2nd floor of the Steeple Building was recently repaired by Don Loveall and Jack Hawkins.  There were several gaps in the iron railing.  New castings were made in Galva and installed this past month.  Thanks to Don and Jack for all their hard work!
